Fantastic Positive: Perfect for our girls weekend in Cardiff. All apartments were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having all the apartments in one building made the weekend’s activities easy.

Positive: Great unit with a well stocked kitchen. Negative: The area was a little questionable. It seemed like an area in the middle of improving but there were a few shady characters you would see walking around the area and a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood.

Everything Was Perfect – A Well-Organised Home with Everything We Needed Positive: Our house was great; it met all our expectations. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, and it was our favourite part. When we arrived, we discovered that they had left a bag with various cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, and biscuits. At first, we couldn’t find the extra sheets for the children who would be sleeping on the sofa. We were unsure whether we could call the agency so late and if anyone would answer. But we called, and in less than half an hour, they called us back and helped us find them. Everything was perfect, and everyone was very helpful. Negative: The only thing that was missing was that the sockets had USB ports, but they didn’t work. It would have been great if they did, as there were six of us and we didn’t have enough chargers for all our phones.
