Overall a decent stay, nice location. Rooms could do with improvements Positive: Location was nice in a nice quite friendly neighbourhood Negative: Door closures in the corridor need sorting as the doors slam when walking through the hall. I could hear it in my room constantly as other guests were opening and closing doors. The shower in main bath was terrible, no pressure whatsoever and the next morning the water in bath wasn’t warm at all so I had to use the shower in the children’s room No pool or relaxation area, the coffee machine was not working so my kids couldn’t make hot chocolate. The fridge wasn’t working either so we couldn’t get the drinks cold which was a big let down. Small pack of shower gels for 4 of us over a 2 night stay which is not good so went to Asda to buy my own stuff and tea bags. You need to be more generous considering the rate you charge

Beautiful hotel, will be even better once refurbished completely Positive: Room size and comfortable. Loved having a washing machine and the little welcome bag with snacks and water. Bathroom was lovely a big, and the room wss very light. Location just a short walk to the beach and the town. Negative: When the restaurant was open, due to the location of our room (King suite) the extractor fan noise and smell from late afternoon till very late evening was too much so we checked out early. Did contact hosts to advise our decision but no acknowledgement. Could do with staff on site as there was a coffee cup on the table by the doors for days and the stairs needed a sweep.

This is a nice property situated close to both the beach and the town centre. Positive: The property was well situated close to the beach and town centre. The property was clean, spacious and had a handy little kitchen area. Negative: Unfortunately, it was very difficult to keep the roof windows open as the locking mechanisms were worn. This meant that the rooms got uncomfortably warm during the hot weather. The fridge also did not work which was again a shame during the hot weather.
