Positive: Very convenient Negative: Fire Alarm going off and no staff on site

Adequate accommodation but disappointing stay as certainly not the luxury room advertised. Positive: Lovely location. Comfortable bed. Hosts helpful once responded to query re heating. Negative: Room very small, no where to relax except in the bed and narrow space beside bed. Cold room, no obvious way to turn up heating. Although they did turn on radiator rather responding to check in message... (hadn't responded to my earlier text). Bathroom radiator did not work at all. Water for shower was lukewarm at best and bathroom obviously very cold. Although generally clean chrome taps etc in bathroom were tarnished and shower curtain stained at bottom.... not quite the luxury feel advertised. Cost was not justified ... not really the premium luxury experience that was advertised. Could do with curtains as blind didn't keep out light and curtains would have helped with draught through window.

Recommend Positive: Comfortable bed Quality linen Bath sheets not towels Lots of parking spaces Extensive hospitality pack Fridge in room Large batjroom Excellent water pressure in shower Negative: No decaf tea or coffee in the hospitality pack but I usually take my own but forgot on this trip.

Great location Positive: Property was in a great location, short walk to the prom/ pier, town and train station, short journey into the city Negative: A suggestion, a microwave and some bowls plates and cutlery would have been handy in the room. Room was in need of a refresh

Disappointing Negative: Easier check in process . I paid for early entry but plumbers were still working. No heat or very hot water on 2nd day. No access to garden or food
