It's a fine place, which shows much promise, though it needs responsive forms of customer services. Positive: Generally comfortable, smart, well appointed. Negative: But I will point out in Room 103 there was a strong drain smell in the bathroom on arrival. The bathroom door handle was loose, and so was the toilet seat. And this is how we found them. I wanted to report the two latter bathroom issues, partly so that these would not be thought our fault. The emails bounced back from both reception@holmhouse.com and hello@airserviced.com, both addresses that had sent me emails to check during the stay. These were evidently unreachable or unresponsive over the weekend. It was just as well that our problems were not more urgent. I don't know what would have been the situation if they were.

Place is ok for couples. Positive: Just the bath and the bed, nice view. Negative: It was an open space looked more like a couple room instead of a family of 1 Was expecting a microwave or a toaster wasn’t comfortable with a sofa bed and a bed no privacy with a teenager.

Positive: The building is beautiful, rooms are amazing, and was spotless. Nice location with a few minutes walk to the pier and restaurants.

Elegant apartment, luxurious for a couple staying a day or two, comfortable for a small family, but needs thought on how Positive: The room looked great, as did the foyer. Location was very good for beach, and the view of the sea. The door code system and website worked very smoothly. We could usually park. There was an appreciated welcome pack of essentials, plenty of lovely towels, shower was great (loads of hot water too). The bed was comfortable and big. Our child slept in the sofa bed, which was also comfortable as were the pillows. The blinds were cool, and in good working order. Two TVs, both worked. Negative: When the restaurant is open the gates to the property are open, and it is full of the restaurant’s customers’ cars. On Fridays and Saturdays the noise from the local pub is loud and late. There is no air conditioning and so you need the windows open and the fans going. The fans are very loud. The bed was broken, the fridge was tiny and not cold, the bathroom stank of drains, really badly, so the door needed to be kept closed at all times. There was no obvious way of getting rid of our bins, which is necessary in an apartment. An apartment with no means to wash the glasses etc was a little silly. The sink was so tiny and couldn’t hold water, so we ended up having to wash mugs and fill the kettle in the bath tub. No servicing of appartement during the stay.
