Horrible.
Negative: The whole experience was a shambles. It was like staying on a building site.

Absolutely not luxurious.
Positive: Really good location and the bed was comfortable. Shower was okay too.
Negative: It wasn't cleaned before we got there. I raised this with the support team and they didn't seem bothered. We were also missing toiletries and tea and coffee and this wasn't provided until after we got there. It's advertised as luxury but it's basically a travel lodge with a bath tub in the room. We were also missing a TV remote which we raised to the support team when we noticed we had no toiletries, tea or coffee. And this wasn't delivered to us on the first time of asking. It was a poor experience to be honest and we weren't offered any compensation for the poor service. Wouldn't stay again.
