Great location but a gym access is limited (no staff - no entry) and apartment needs a good clean Positive: Good location and spacious apartment with a big kitchen Welcome pack was a nice touch Negative: Not clean (mould in bathrooms, stains on the carpets, dirty walls) Limited gym access (only over 18 allowed and when a staff member is present, so if no staff at the gym you will not gain access to it) Shower not working properly (completely lost hot water on the last day of stay) Deposit payment request is not shown visibly when booking (£300 must be paid before checking in)

Great place for our family of four adults! We’d stay again! Positive: The beds were comfortable. Very close to the station. Plenty of space, great location! Great bathrooms. Attractively furnished. Good facilities. Very secure. Overall very comfortable. Huge TV! Negative: Very nice place but the cooking utensils were very poor! They need replacing! Should provide enough dishwasher tabs for each day of stay, not just one! No dishwashing liquid or sponge. It was quite warm and the windows only open a little. We appreciated the fans! Parking space is very tight! App to enter was difficult to load and do initially. Took a lot of time to navigate all the requirements before being able to enter the apartment. Once done, it worked well, but a bit of a pain when you are tired from a long journey.
