Positive: Great location on beautiful street. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. No issues with parking there was always a free space on the roads outside. Apartment was clean and communication from hosts was good. No noise issues from neighbours either!
Negative: The shower pressure was a bit poor and some of the apartment could do with a refresh e.g blinds and rug, but nothing terrible. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest but the bed made up for that.

Dirty/Damaged/Disrespectful - Not as advertised. Multiple Hazards.
Negative: Apartment is not as advertised. Not a premier apartment. - Black mould in bathroom.
- Boiler leaking inside cupboard onto its own power switch (they were aware of this, as before i arrived they had placed a bowl under the leaky boiler to catch the leaking water, however that didn’t work as it leaks from multiple places).
- Stains on the walls/furniture.
- Dead flies/bugs on all of the blinds.
- Everything is dusty.
- Stains/hairs on the bed.
- Stains on the Headboard of the bed
- Burn holes & rips on the bedsheets & sofa.

Would not expect any of this from a premier apartment. Spent my whole 2 day trip going back & forth with the property owner/housekeeping supervisor/booking.com, about the issues with the apartment.
Also, the housekeeping Supervisor Zara is extremely rude and unprofessional. I caught her talking/lying about me & calling me names/disrespecting me to the property owner over the phone, because i showed her some of the issues in the apartment (which she asked to see). I was able to record the conversation for evidence, which helped me in the conversation afterwards (as she denied the whole phone call).
When she was shown the splash stains on the wall she replied “what do you expect? For us to re-paint the walls after every customer?”, to which I replied “no, I expect you to adequately clean the apartment after every customer, wiping the splash stain off the wall should be standard”.
This should be standard cleaning practice, especially when they demand an extra security deposit be paid directly to them (separate to your booking.com payment), in order to ensure any damages are covered.
Another apartment in the loft of the same building was shown to me, to see if i wanted to swap. It had the same issues as the one i was already in and was half the size, they were not willing to offer any reimbursement for the downgrade either. I chose to stay in the apartment i was already in.
