Nice apartment near city centre in need of refurbishment Positive: The apartment was within easy walking distance of the city centre. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area well kitted out. The property was fine for what we needed. Negative: The property decor was tired and needs a refurb. Lots of scuffs and wear and tear. The hard floors felt gritty beneath our feet, so could have been cleaned better. Although there is a sofa bed in the living area there are no blinds on the velux windows in the ceiling.

Room not as described Positive: The location parking was good even though it was on the road. The location was pretty central and easy to get to places from here. Negative: The accommodation looks nothing like the photos. this place needs to be cleaned properly and thoroughly. The sofa needs to be cleaned. We used the towels provided to put on the sofa to sit on as the sofa was stained. The apartment walls and skirting are scuffed with marks everywhere. On top of paying via booking.com, you are asked to pay another £29.00 that you dont get back as part of extra insurance if something is damaged or £250 fully refundable. I must admit as soon as I stepped into the apartment I was so disappointed that I wanted to go home. The places we visited in Cardiff made our trip but the accommodation was not good. Things needed sorting like cleaning the sofa, painting everywhere on a regular basis, new door mat, cleaning of the fridge and cooker before having new guests in the apartment.

Fantastic Positive: Perfect for our girls weekend in Cardiff. All apartments were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having all the apartments in one building made the weekend’s activities easy.

Positive: Good staff very helpful Negative: Didn't realise it was one room only with sofa bed, thought we booked two rooms!
