Weekday Stay Hot Tub Deal | 2 Bed Duplex House

Positive: We had everything we needed and the staff and set-up were helpful and easy to use. Negative: The furniture was tired, and our socks kept catching on the nail heads from the wooden floor.

Felt unclean & unsafe Positive: CLEANLINESS The bathroom was unclean, the shower head was mouldy as was the shower & flooring. The bathroom had silver fish in it. No hand soap was provided. The kitchen only had one dirty sponge to clean with The cushions on the sofa were all stained Outside there was a dirty large piece of plywood resting in the garden near the hot tub BEDDING The beds were really hard and not comfy, they caused back ache & to wake up in the night aching AREA The area felt really unsafe, it was an untidy area that was busy & loud. I was awoken 2 nights with people outside talking loudly. HOT TUB The hot tub fee they charge on top is really expensive & we found broken glass in the hot tub (some of the hot tub money was refunded They do not provide plastic cups for the hot tub He comes in every day to check the hot tub & it feels an invasion of privacy

Negative: The place wasn't clean. We had to go out and buy cleaning products ourselves. There were eyelashes on the floor hair, and it was just dirty the glasses and plates hadn't been cleaned. The only clean things were the bathroom and the beds. Was really disappointing seeing as we spent quite a bit of money.

Positive: All was good. Could do with a deep clean. Tiles on bathroom floor, little bit mouldy in the bathroom Negative: The expected welcome pack. Tea etc and toiletries were missing No washing up liquid in kitchen

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment but needs updating. Positive: Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Grocery and food options nearby. Easy to find parking. We paid extra for the hot tub which was good fun. Negative: Minimal amenities and appliances that need to be updated. Imran promptly replaced the toaster which wasn’t working. No dish washer. The flat needs work.
