Positive: Logement à 30 mn à pied du centre ville. Situé dans un quartier calme.

Did the job Positive: It was OK, parking on the street was convenient and was about a 20 minute walk to the city centre Negative: Not very clean, there were stains on the bedsheets and a £250 deposit for a booking that was less than £250 is a bit wild but we did get the money back so was fine.

Positive: The day before my arrival, I received a message letting me know that, due to construction in a neighbouring building, I had been upgraded to a larger flat. It was much more space than I needed, but it was really fantastic, - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. They also left a thoughtful welcome bag of goodies, which was a lovely touch. I liked the keyless entry system and the fact I didn't have to carry a key around, and the digital lock worked perfectly and felt very secure. I had a small issue with the entry code at first, but they responded immediately, apologised, and resolved it on the spot. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly, and I received another email the next morning just to check that I was happy with the place or if I needed anything else. Overall, a great apartment in a good location with thoughtful customer service and kind hospitality. Negative: Nothing :)

It was ok. Positive: Location was good, proximity to the centre Negative: The apartment is tired, particularly the bathroom, black grout, cracked tiles, and kitchen. The bedroom is very cramped.
