Chic City Centre 2 Bedroom Flat with Free Parking

Generally ok but with a bit of care the apt could be 10x better. Communication with staff was ok. Helpful. Positive: Good location. Fantastic amount of towels for everyone. Lovely little welcome pack. Negative: Could have been cleaner. Needs a bit of care, quite run down. Not the apt shown in this photo. Asked for double and twin but arrived to two doubles. Blinds don’t block out the light.

Great place overall....shame about other occupants Positive: Really well equipped and a great base Lovely little welcome pack with bottles of water, snacks and kitchen cleaning bits Great extras like a fan in living area and another in one of the bedrooms Negative: Poor cleaning in some areas, TV filthy, broken blind and patio door handle Had booked for 4 adults but set up for 3 and no bedding for sofa bed although said would be using it. Didn't try and resolve as was able to work around it in our group Very noisy neighbours chatting and laughing between 2.30am and 5am despite quiet hours required, meant didn't sleep well

Fantastic Positive: Perfect for our girls weekend in Cardiff. All apartments were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Having all the apartments in one building made the weekend’s activities easy.

Positive: Helpful host, was very easy to ask for help. Great adjustment with everything working and clean. Negative: The people in the other apartments did not respect the quiet times, making most of us get little sleep.
